Midweek Games (1/22-23)

A bizzare set up this week as there are only two mid-week conference games, tonight's Kentucky/Tennessee tilt and tomorrow's game between Floria and South Carolina. Here's what you'll see...

Tuesday
Tennessee @ Kentucky
The Vols head North to Lexington to take on a UK team desperate for another high profile win in hopes of salvaging a disappointing season. They picked off an undefeated Vandy team in their conference opener, but have since dropped 2 straight to Mississippi State and Florida. Patrick Patterson should have a big game in this one, but the 'Cats won't be able to keep up with the high-powered Vols. This gets away from them in the 2nd half.

Wednesday
Florida @ South Carolina
After surprising Arkansas in Fayetteville last weekend, the Gamecocks have proven they're capable of winning as an underdog. They'll probably be slight 'dogs in this one, but Florida won't slip up here. USC may have had the coaching advantage over Arkansas, but not over Billy the Kid. These young Gators are getting better with passing game, and this will be the 2nd conference road win they almost got last Wednesday in Oxford.
